• Responsible for day to day running of the IT Department.
• Successfully oversaw the completion of a company wide project to move from various small unrelated software systems to Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.
• Implemented new Asset Management, Fault Logging and Resolution, Stock Control and Retail Display Systems across all retail outlets and workshops / warehouses.
• Managed a team of IT professionals to ensure a consistently high level of support and user satisfaction.

• Created several bespoke FileMaker databases, including an Access Control System (to control all other sub-databases), Performance Management System, Offsite Auditing System (including offline iPad End User system), Aviation Planning and Logistics Management System as well as various other tools to increase business productivity. Most databases also interacted with MySQL and Oracle systems.
• Responsible for the day to day running of the office and manufacturing facility.
• Developed a FileMaker solution to control all aspects of the company’s workflow, from the customer interest stage through to final product installation and beyond using combination of built in FileMaker services, MySQL, PHP and HTML.
• Responsible for company servers, websites, email, communication, PC rollout and all infrastructure.
• Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd Line support to the Agency’s extensive user base (currently around 400 people working in a cross platform environment).
• Successfully implement working practices designed to benefit the Agency and to reduce overheads and management issues.
• Research, plan and manage several projects (including software migrations, hardware updates and new hardware rollouts).
• Developed and administered various FileMaker databases (including call logging and resolution, knowledgebases, asset management, license tracking, print usage etc).
• Provided sub-contracted hardware, software and network support to a major Recruitment Agency as an on-site engineer.
