• Records and analyze the hourly readings of the different parameters displayed at the monitoring and measuring devices and recommends/execute appropriate actions relative to the readings.
• Preparations of the Daily Operational Reports, Spot Outage Report, Monthly Interruption Report and other pertinent papers which concerns the Substation Operations.

2. Maintenance:
• Performs the Daily Patrol Checklist to ensure that all the Substation Equipment area operating normally and in good condition and to report to the immediate superior for any unusual occurrences that is critical to the operation.
• Participates in the maintenance work of the major substation equipment and accessories.
• Participate in the implementation of local energy conservation, preventive maintenance, reliability and availability programs, and safety and security guidelines.

3. Integrated Management System (IMS):
• Participate in Integrated Management System (IMS) activities in order to generate quality improvement and contribute to the attainment of quality objective which is to deliver quality, safe and environment friendly electricity.

4. Environment & Safety:
• Observe rules and regulations on safety, health and environment in the area of responsibility in order to ensure safety and compliance.
• Proper implementation of equipment tagging procedures to ensure the safety of the personnel during scheduled & unscheduled maintenance works.
• Exercise good safety practices; EnerCon; Implement the 5’s and Good housekeeping within the area of responsibility.

other related matter.

• Arrangement of Electrical Equipment
 Responsible in the proper arrangement of all Electrical Equipment of the ship in accordance with the Ship
Building Practice, Company Standards and conforms to the SOLAS regulation.
 Translate the design into plan using AutoCAD for proper installation in conformance with the standards.
 Conducts regular inspection on-board the ship for proper implementation of the design.
 Coordinate with other design teams to ensure no errors, conflicts with the design in connection with the design of other teams like accommodation piping team, machinery piping team & other teams which were related with design.
 Coordinate with shipyard personnel with matters related to the design implementation.

• Wiring Plan of Electric Equipment
 In-charge in making the wiring route and wiring connection of each equipment basing on the four Electrical
System of the ship (Lighting, Power, Automatic and IC, NAV & Radio System).
 Responsible in the actual measurements of the cables for the Electrical Cable Lists for purchasing purposes.
 Coordinate with the shipyard personnel during the wiring installation for design standard conformity and
other matters related to the design.
