reporting to the Regional Finance Team and presenting the annual and monthly budget metrics and forecasts
preparing commercial consideration for the Credit Committee
controlling receivables from clients
ensuring timely entry of all data and submission of reports
verifying documentation and associated forms completeness
communicating with document submitters, tracking missing documents and obtaining information in the shortest time frame
updating basic information in the database for immediate reporting, creating new lease and sublease records
responding to client needs and enquiries regarding the international leases
