Main scope:
Generating business development strategies for the group’s entities based on internal and external analysis, as well as managing product conceptualization and market definition (pre-development stages) projects of new developments in the group’s portfolio.
Main responsibilities:
- Development and monitoring of business development and marketing strategies and plans;
- Supporting the development of feasibility studies and investor prospecting documents for the Group’s Investment arm (tourism and entertainment industries);

- Development of commercial training materials and organizing trainings for sales staff related to the efficient usage of market data;
- Managing a range of marketing communications projects, such as the development of web portals, consumer guides and commercial pre-qualification documents.
Main scope:
Focused on supporting the development on new markets with feasibility analysis related to the establishment of new business ventures and new manufacturing facilities, as well as managed marketing communications.
Main responsibilities:
- Supporting business development projects with strategic planning (feasibility studies, business plans and market positioning strategies) towards the development of new markets;
- Carrying out quantitative and qualitative market analysis to identify market development needs (Forecasts and predictive analysis: analyzing regional market data and planned projects for the following years, as well as identifying potential clients/projects),
- Market monitoring and reporting (monitoring of macro-economic indicators and political landscape; monitoring of regional market trends, market segmentation analysis, competitive analysis)
- Development and management of commercial presentations and prequalification documents, as well managing all marketing communications initiatives (marketing publications, websites, digital marketing),
- Managing business development events

- Supporting the commercial department with financial analysis, strategic cost analysis (value chain analysis) and operational analysis (projects P&L analysis);
- Supporting the development of market positioning strategies with research and internal and external analysis;
- Supporting the Commercial Department in client meetings with presentations and case studies;
- Development and management of marketing communications plan and promotional program;
- Coordination of marketing campaigns: direct marketing, email marketing, advertising;
- Coordination of marketing events and supporting PR activities.
