•. Part of Dow MEIC Water Solutions team to analyse and compare performance of different Seawater and brackish water membranes by Dow and competitors.
•. Currently leading Dow's Mobile Filtration Treatment (MFT) Unit with built-in Filtration and RO units. Involved in leading operations, troubleshooting, data collection and analysis for entire unit.
•. Worked with project stake holders and membrane customers linking the two through technical advise and flow of information.
•. Presented project results to stakeholders on weekly basis to update on the application dynamics and development progress.
•. Proposed practical and tangible solutions for recurring desalination plant issues for Dow and customer sites.
•. Expert at latest chemical and biological analysis equipment such as Metro Ohm IC analyzer, Bactiquant bacteria determination, FTIR, LOI and several other typical and non-typical equipment.
• Gained good understanding of Reverse Osmosis process, membranes, their types and prior filtration processes along with necessary chemicals required for dosing and their purpose.
• In-charge of day to day handling of Dow’s mobile Ultra Filtration (UF) unit and analysis of feed and permeate data received.

• Working with Research team on RO and UF data analysis and in the water section of Dow lab to analyse samples.
• Expert at Ion Chromatography process to determine Anions and Cations for given water Sample.
• Performed FTIR and LOI analysis on various RO membrane samples to check type and characteristics of the fouling.
• Supervised external inspection and autopsy on different company and competitor RO membranes.
• Supervised analysis of various membranes under normal and aggressive conditions (high pH, conductivity and Boron) at Dow Pilot plant to check its durability for different practical industrial situations such as chemical stream or wastewater treatment etc.

• Leading a team of six members to supervise efficient daily operations of Utilities including potable water, purified water, steam boilers, chillers, cooling towers, heat exchangers etc.
• In-charge of Pre-Treatment of bore well water to efficiently achieve 300 m3/day of potable water within W.H.O standards.
• Joint Shift supervisor of Effluent Treatment Plant in order to ensure effluents reach the EPA standards.
• Ensured the safe, efficient and environmentally responsible operation of equipment and processes of water treatment unit.
• Reviewed the current water treatment methods for cost efficiency, environmental impact, output and water quality.
• Cut capital and operational costs by 20-30% in the 2016 expansion project by conducting unit cost comparison study.
