Operating Process and Rotating Equipment such as Pumps, Compressors, Steam Turbines, Gas Heater, manual and motorized valves, etc.
Adjusting process stream parameter as instructed by Senior/Panel Operator.

Assisting Operation Coordinator in preparing blind list, isolation plan, mark up P&ID for area documentation and shutdown activity.
Assisting Operation Coordinator in preparing maintenance schedule of process safety equipment in coordination with respective maintenance team.
Assisting Senior Operation Engineer in preparing data for operation monthly report.
Assisting Operation Department Head in preparing some presentations related to process activity and Area business.
Interfacing with other Departments to ensure job done with good coordination.
Appointed as focal point for Operator Round implementation in Habshan 5 specified for Area 1.
o Responsible for maintaining the production facilities (Central Gas Plant Facilities) operations under normal and upset condition.
o Coordinate daily Gas plant activities and ensure that all activities are carried out in a safe manner complies with all aspects of the company core value, safety and environment policy. And also preparing permit and perform control on the job site properly
o Monitor process parameters and make an appropriate adjustment when a deviation detected and or an upset condition occurred by board operator direction.
o Ensure all process plant equipment and utilities equipment are in a good condition and in operable condition to maintain high reliability of the plant.
o Prepare an accurate data for inputting into computer or other reports.
o Create task analysis, PRAC and update safe work procedure and JSA for the new equipment and changed process equipment.
o Participate in STOP card inspection.
o Conduct monthly safety meeting, shares HSE information issue with the group members. Conduct safety talks as well as pre-job safety meeting in your area of responsibilities
o Perform regular inspection of Fire and Safety equipment once week
o Act as a member of emergency team when an emergency occurred in the plant area and conduct regular emergency exercise
o Maintain good housekeeping of the plant. Ensure zero liquid discharge to the environment.
o Monitor chemical and consumables material usage; ensure that all chemicals are handled properly and following MSDS instructions.
o Work as a team and Maintain good communication within internal ConocoPhillips Grissik organizations and other ConocoPhillips field gas producers to maximize gas sales
o Completed mandatory HSE training and operations training to improve the competency
o Act as a lab technician to take and analyze sample in the lab base on area of responsibilities as well as coordinating with external to send a sample and documented and ensure accuracy the data
Learning about supply chain management, human integrated system, optimization, process simulation, and other subjects related to Industrial Engineering.
GPA 2.88 of 4 Got scholarship from Toyota Astra Manufacture for 2 (two) semesters Internship in PT Pamapersada Nusantara for 1 (one) months in mining field in South Sumatera, Indonesia
