- Responsible of all corporate customer’s New services Installation and after sale Technical Maintenance Support.
- Work in troubleshoot and New Installation per day, and Clear all task According to Corporate Network BSS ticketing system.
- Provide Weekly & monthly or in-demand Report for activity status (closed, pending, in-progress) Installation & Maintenance.
- Install, Configure & troubleshoot (customer site - ISP site) using multi-vendor Network Devices.
- Deal with multi-vendor Network Devices Switches & Routers (Huawei, Cisco, D-link).
- Deliver all ISP Corporate Services to Customers, for Instance (L2/L3 VPN, Internet, Leased line).
- Implement VLAN trunking, QOS, SVI, Static, Default route, RIP, DHCP, NAT, Router Sub-interface trunking, VTY.
- Monitor Network Performance Connectivity and bandwidth using PRTG Software.
- Leading a team consist of 3 qualified Network technician in the Eastern region.
- Document all new installation & Maintenance information like (VLAN’s, IP’s, Devices Model & Serial number and Customer Signature).

- Install optical fiber SFP and optical single mode cables in (ISP - Customer Site) to provide optical fiber connectivity.
- Install Network Devices like routers, switches, Power Cord in customer rack, and make sure the fiber connectivity is reachable between customer and ISP.
- Terminate UTP cables CAT 5, 5e, 6 and test it using Cable Tester.
