Leading the marketing, operations and business development in the Cosmetics Division with several exclusive brands (including THE FACE SHOP, part of LG H&H brands) in addition to driving the expansion strategy which consequently led to increasing the number of mono-brand stores from 13 to 45 in KSA and distribution doors from zero to +650 and 7 E-commerce stores across the GCC.
Managed several business development projects including A) Establishing a new marketing department in Egypt to support the retail and F&B divisions, and B) Building a new cosmetics brand targeting the distribution and online market in the GCC.
Started as an Analyst in several projects to develop measurable KPIs for different stages in the business processes focusing on the supply chain. Then managed projects such as restructuring departments, introducing new brands to the market, and creating work policies and procedures.
Supporting the Data & Analytics team in a long-term project with a public sector client in the GCC:
- Combining different huge databases, finding the gaps and driving insights.
- Consolidating all the available client's data (+400 tables) into one user-friendly Excel file in order to be shared with other teams.
- Analyzing the labor market and the workforce situation in the developed countries and GCC countries.
Supporting other BCG teams:
- Reviewing a new web gate that would be used by +100, 000 people in the first year in a GCC country.
- Analyzing the situation of the automobiles market in Saudi Arabia.
- Explaining the culture in KSA in some particular matters.
