Role description:
• Projects’ annual/ action planning.
• Manage the coordination with projects’ partners, policy/ decision makers including 1. Donors’ representatives: (European Union Delegation in Jordan (EUD), Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, and Dutch Embassy), and 2. Governmental counterparts’ representatives: (Ministry of Interiors (MOI), Ministry of Social Development (MOSD), Ministry of Labor (MOL), Ministry of Health (MOH), Ministry of Planning (MOPIC), Ministry of Education (MOE), Ministry of Youth (MOY), and Department of Statistics (DOS)).
• Manage and follow up on technical/ administrative aspects of the projects’ activities.
• Team management, ensuring project’s objectives’ achievement, accomplishing KPI’s, output’s delivery, quarterly and annual reporting.
Key achievements include:
• Institutional reforms: Integration of all migrants’ data by all governmental parties in one central data system to support policy development, strategic planning and decision making processes regarding migration governance in Jordan.
• Policy reforms: Action plan adopted by the GOJ including the recommendations regarding the Legislative amendments on the migration policies in Jordan.
• Instructions and procedures’ development: Installment of the IT data solution in PSD premises.
• Development of the Integrated Border Management national strategy adopted by Jo Jordan Government.
Role description:
• Component’s annual action planning.
• Manage and follow up on technical/ administrative aspects of the project’s activities under the advocacy/ policy component.
• Manage the coordination with projects’ partners on the policy/ decision making level including Ministry of Interiors (MOI), Ministry of Labor (MOL), Higher Population Council (HPC), and Ministry of Youth (MOY).
• Team management, ensuring project’s objectives’ achievement, accomplishing KPI’s, output’s delivery, quarterly and annual reporting under the advocacy/ policy component.
Key achievements include:
• Building Jordanians’ youth capacities on entrepreneurship, and the demographic dividend policies within the program (Shabab Al Fursa).
• Policy analysis and institutional mapping: Issuing of the Investigative Study: Application of Flexible Working Models in Jordan and its impact on Women employability.
• Policy reforms: Activating the National Legislations of the Flexible Working Models (FWM) including issuing the relevant instructions aiming to enhance women economic participation, in collaboration with the Ministry of Labor (MOL), the Higher Population Council (HPC) and relevant stakeholders.
• Policy Reforms: Integrating the demographic indicators and the demographic dividend policies within the strategic planning process with policy/ decision makers on the national level in Jordan for 2018 - 2019 ministerial plans.
• Policy Reforms: Integrating the demographic indicators and the demographic dividend policies within the strategic planning process with policy/ decision makers on the governorates level in Jordan for 2019 - 2022 governorates strategic plans.
Role description:
• Projects’ annual action planning.
• Manage and follow up on technical/ administrative aspects of the local, and regional funded projects relevant to (Policy change, good governance and change management thematic areas)
• Follow up with donors and partners (USAID, MEPI, UNDEF, UNDP… Etc.)
• As a certified practitioner, applying the (Index Assessment Methodology) to asses and analyze the development areas at organizations focusing on four components: 1Leadership and Governance, 2. Administration, 3. Project Cycle, 4. Technical, (Regional level).
• Networking, Public relations and coordination meetings with local, National and regional partners.
• Team management, ensuring project’s objectives’ achievement, accomplishing KPI’s, output’s delivery, quarterly and annual reporting.
Key achievements include:
• Conducting several regional training courses on (Youth and Civic Participation, TOT, consensus building) in Yemen, Tunis, Libya, Iraq, and Lebanon.
• Women and youth Economic Empowerment through peer mentorship, in cooperation with MEPI - USAID.
• National advocacy campaign in Jordan (Together for strong communities) targeting young activists of Jordan governorates in cooperation with Freedom House FH. Funded by USAID through MEPI.
• Institutional reforms with Ministry of Local Affair (MOLA): Integrating Ant-Corruption best practices on the municipal level. (Funded by USAID through MEPI)
• Organizational assessment/ development planning using the INDEX ASSSMENT METHODOLOGY for varied public, and civil society organizations in Jordan, KSA, KWAIT, and Yemen.
• Engagement of Best Practices on Good Governance and Anti-Corruption on the municipal level project, Jordan, Sept 2013 - Oct 2014. Funded by USAID through MEPI.
• Participatory Budgeting on Municipality level project in cooperation with Ministry of Municipal Affairs (MOMA), Beyster-(Rady) school of management and funded by USAID through MEPI Regional Office.

• Coordination for the cooperative partnerships with the Higher Council for Youth on several projects/ activities.
Key achievements include:
• Conducting the (Fresh graduate package TOT) for 20 youth leaders from 7 Jordanian governorates.
• Connecting 57 youth from seven governorates to work opportunities with the National Company for Training and Employment.
• Building the youth coalition (Youth for Local Initiatives) from nine Jordanian governorates.
Role description:
• Technical/ administrative coordination of youth projects implemented by Princess Basma Youth Center - JOHUD
• Building the capacities of youth workers at the Higher Council for Youth (HCY), and Ministry of Education (MOE) on Training skills, basic life skills, healthy life style.
• Coordination for the cooperative partnerships with the Higher Council for Youth on several projects/ activities.
• Training on the projects: 1. Healthy life styles and 2. Basic life skills in cooperation with the Higher Council for Youth.
• Training on the topics of (Youth led initiatives, volunteerism, advocacy)
Key achievements include:
• Conducting 12 youth led initiatives related advocacy and youth volunteerism on the local level.
• Youth peer education on Healthy Life Styles for more than 300 youth activists.
• Building the capacities of 36 teacher from the ministry of education (MOE) on supervising youth led initiatives, voluntary work and extracurricular activities.
