Plan, direct & control the Sales Dept. in an effective and efficient way in line with top management vision and objectives. Sales Director will be a member of a highly collaborative Sales and Marketing Team, and be responsible for managing a Sales Team and overseeing sales of the Company’s Products and Services
Scope of work:
Achieving Syriatel Regional Sales target (through building & leading a reliable sales team
Implementing good planning organizing, monitoring and controlling staff and distribution network activities.
Participating the building of regional marketing plan.
Main duties:
Organize, manage & control the personnel of the
Sales Department,
Follow up the work done by the team members to ensure that it is produced in the best quality,
Set & Follow up the entity's KPI "Key Performance Indicators" in conformity with the Department KPI's,
Participate in the recruitment, training, motivation and evaluation of the team,
Watch over the entity's productivity & effectiveness,
Follow up & control the tasks' distribution in the department,
Watch over the employees' constant training and update of their information,
Continuously supporting the operational distribution network,
Establish trustworthy relationships with the distribution network,
Propose and negotiate distribution budgets (contents and amounts),
Regularly meeting with dealers in the region and discussing with them the strategic vision, and directing them towards implementing the company sales plans and tactics in the market,
Propose and discuss plans with sales management to increase the sales of the region according to SWOT analysis,
Analyze technical network performance from the sales point of view.
Provide regular reports of network situation.
Main responsibilities:
Create the distribution networks of Syriatel: select, and motivate all distribution networks of Syriatel in the region,
Prepare monthly, periodical, yearly reports as well as reports upon request,
Participate in preparing budget of the department,
Find out and reports non-conformities in the procedures,
Prevent non-conformities in the mission; implement necessary actions to ensure sustainability of high performance standards,
Setting objectives for the regional sales team in line of the company's objectives
Project : DEZGas Project; 250 km pipeline and gas plant project ($165 million USD).

- Follow up operation activities.
