Responsibilities:
1. Update and Writes operations procedures. I have made several process changes as an example:
a) One of them is to change system logic to avoid system flaring.
b) Add chemical addition in to the system to avoid plugging in the recovery system.
2. Lead over plant activates to maintaining the product quality and achieving production target.
3. Active participation in the Computerized control of the plant and solving problems in the operation of the plant.
4. Co-ordination with maintenance department in carrying out preventive and predictive maintenance.
5. Recognizes process problems early to prevent major upset to the operation by maintaining quality unit surveillance.
6. Check Lab results, Inform Supervisor of the sample result so that proper actions can be taken.
7. Coordinate with the operator to make adjustments in equipment operation necessary to maintain operating parameters within the required range.

Responsibilities:
1. In Aminat some of the improvements I mead was to be side covering shift utility and process:
a) Established equipment blinding system.
b) Made the training plane with packages for the filed operators.
2. Turn Around Coordinator.
3. Supervision of the following activities:
a) Ammonia recovery system from anhydrous ammonia to aqueous ammonia.
b) Heat recovery system from exothermic reaction. (230 deg & 122 bar g pressure)
c) High-pressure isotropic dryer distillation, Vacuum distillation, continuo and batch distillation.
d) Reverse Osmosis package for water treatment in plant.
e) Equipment like Distillation columns (17 tower), Evaporators, Centrifuges, Cyclone separator, Can pumps, Vacuum system, VSP PD Pumps.
f) Storage Area, tank farm for storing on speck product.
g) Utilities which includes:
a) Air System. b) Fire Water System.
c) R.O. System. d) Boilers.
e) Incinerator.

Responsibilities:
1. Handled TDC Panel (Total Distributed Control) for EDC (Ethanol Di Chloride) Department covering HTC & LTC & EDC Panel:
a) LTC Cl2 reactors (Low Temperature Chlorination) it includes CL2 Reactor and Crude EDC holding vessels.
b) HTC (high Temperature Chlorination) it includes CL2 Reactor and Distillation columns.
c) Heavy End system.
d) Dryer System.
e) Washing System, it includes vessel to neutralize the crude EDC.
f) The Light Ends System it deals with recovering the EDC from column overhead and neutralizing the light chemicals.
g) The Heavy End System it deals with recovering the EDC from column bottom and neutralizing the heavy chemicals.
h) Refrigeration System.
i) Effluent Handling System.
j) Storage Area, tank farm for storing on speck product and off.
2. Utilities Department covered:
a) Air System.
b) Demean System.
c) Heavy Full System.
d) Fire Water System
3. Handled Membrane Electrolyzers
4. Participated in Safety committee. startup, shutdown and subsequent stabilization of EDC and Cl2 plants.
5. Lead many Turn Around (Major shutdown) activities.
6. Trained several people in HTC, LTC, Membrane Electrolyzers and EDC Panel.
