-Duties:
1- Development Responsibilities:
a. Developing/maintained an intranet application to be used by all employees and departments.
b. Develop and customize different reports.
2- Technical Support Responsibilities:
a. providing support for all the issues that are related to the insurance
systems, HR system, Finance system and Attendance system.
b. Dealing with the support vendors regarding any changes, bugs and
error fixing.
3- Analysis Responsibilities:
a. collecting business requirements for any new insurance product.
b. Sending the requirements to the support vendor and receive the new
releases and changes from them.
c. Implement the releases on test environment, test the new changes
whether it satisfy the business requirements or no and getting
approvals from the insurance departments on these changes
programming, systems analyst for program coding, and implementation of various S/W applications using latest information technology development tools and data bases.
-Duties:
• Providing technical guidance and expertise to perform system design and analysis
• Optimizing the existing code to overcome technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems
• Leading development team and assisting on testing, debugging, diagnosing
• Correcting errors and faults in an application within established testing protocols, guidelines and quality standards to ensure applications perform to specification
• Researching on latest technologies and incorporate those in projects to get maximum benefits and keep development team up to date
• Writing and maintaining code to meet system requirement, system design and technical specifications
• Configuring, maintaining production environments and software implementations
