Ensuring the connectivity by first level infrastructure support on it equipments.

Manage and update all website related issues, client related software, updates and renewals
Point of sale support and coordinate on replacement if required.
Maintain DC, ADC, File Server, Backup Server and Antivirus Server in
Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 Environment.
Providing users access to the required shared data/applications/network & Internet services and record keeping.
Perform job roles in compliance with IS Policies and Procedures and Acceptable usage of asset and services guidelines
Regulatory, contractual and IS Policies’ violations are reported immediately to supervisors or appropriate authorities for rectification and disciplinary actions
Support in performance of Risk Assessment
New and existing information in soft form or hard form is classified, labeled, controlled and secured as described in the appropriate IS procedures
Establishes networking environment by designing system configuration; directing system installation
