Issue Section:
• Plan, prepare and ship over 3, 200 materiel release orders, 1, 500 inventory verification record
• Liaison Officer various intercompany levels and external resources like third party vendors across United States
• Collaboration with 38 Companies and internal process partners in compliance with Army policies and procedures
• Worked actively with the Goods Flow Manager in analyzing stock discrepancies as part of inventory management process. Organize and maintain general stock equipment and sensitive items in the issue section worth $3M
• Staffing personnel and improve quality of work by implementing enhanced policies, procedures, and measures
• Worked closely with commercial team and provided information regarding issuing, sales parameters, verify sales, quantity and remaining outgoing quantities under warehousing operations
• Ensuring stock availability to fulfill customer orders and shipment in timely order to achieve customer satisfaction
• Operate 4K and 10K forklift to store, mobilize and issue goods to customers across various Organizations

Receiving Section:
• Track shipment and transactional data such as freight forwarding, purchase order, sales order, charges, and damages improving the delivery by 25%.
• Verify records and data such as invoices and orders to maintain 100% accountability of shipments on daily basis
• Loading, unloading, unpacking, count, segregate, palletize and store over 1, 800 incoming equipment and parts
• Utilize statistical techniques and collaboration to provide an accurate plan for transitioning products to storage section
• Prepare hand receipts, sub hand receipts and materiel release order (MRO) for Supply Support Activity (SSA)
• Review and adjust business process to include bills of contracts, purchase requests, shipping orders and delivery documents to ensure compliance with Army regulations and policies

Storage Section:
• Construct storage bins, shelves and other aides for general, high value and bulk storage items worth over $3M
• Develop storage methods and transition of basic equipment, major end items, sensitive items, and repair parts
• Maintain and store hazardous material in special storage facility within bulk storage section of the warehouse
• Conduct 10% monthly and 100% annual inventories of storage goods to ensure month end posting
• Maximized replenishment process by driving the actions of forecasting and ordering in line with the commercial calendar. Secure an efficient and precise range management process for the warehouse.
• Ensured forecasting and effective management of the goods transition to external storage section

Prescribed Load List Clerk:
• Create work orders for vehicles, weapons, generator, NVG’s, and pro-mask at Motor Pool Maintenance Facility
• Maintain shop stock and bench stock with high collaborative skills for motor pool maintenance shop
• Perform dispatching and automate vehicular maintenance for 300 vehicles using SAMS-E automated system
• Order repair parts and miscellaneous parts worth up to 90K each for vehicles, generators, and heavy equipment
