Report to the company Managing Director, I have been managing all IT functions and projects including but not limited to providing hardware & software designing, deploying, and maintenance, training, consultation, recommendation about future planning and development, and budget control.

Key Results:
• Managing the communication of the IT department with Departments/Business Units/Vendors (Local and international), to act with the company strategy, and assure the company and IT objectives are achieved
• Providing the technical consultation assistance to the company management, and control the IT Budget.
• Following the company policy and process to build the required senior hard working staff by using the internal company or group resources or by hiring new candidates or using outsource Freelancer candidates.
• Monitoring the IT staff availability and assure that the required performance of the daily and planned schedule tasks are met.
• Design End-to-end business applications and modules footprint and the integration points, for Oracle HCM & Financial applications, for Custom Fleet Management & School Transportation Operation applications, for Automation Vehicle Location system (AVL), and for Customer Call Center System.
• Managing the following projects:
1. Re-engineering the Fleet Management & the custom School Transportation Operation applications, that including the below modules:
• School Operation Transportation Management
• Bus Inspection Management
• Sub-contracting Operation Transportation Management
2. Designing of the Automation Vehicle Location system (AVL) to align the system functionalities with the transportation operation control
3. Designing Customer Call Center system that centralized, monitor, and control all the calls, fax, and complain registration
4. Re-implementation of Oracle HCM and Financial Applications
5. Performing End-to-End maintenance activities for more than 8600 AVL instruments and their installation on the buses
6. Designing and deploying a high availability infrastructure of the IT environment
7. Designing and Deploying the HW/SW and the Network connectivity of more than 36 sites
