Riyadh Metro Project is a turnkey EPC contracts. The new Riyadh Metro system will comprise six metro lines totalling approximately 176 km. All six lines are to be implemented concurrently over five years, (ANM) who has been awarded a contract to design and build Line 3 which is the longest line at 41.2 km with total budget is USD 5.94 Billion.
My role is Overall Project Management (OPM) - Quality Manager in Ar-Riyadh New Mobility ANM JV for Riyadh Metro Project in Riyadh-KSA
In 1st August 2020, The Management has extended my role to be \[ANM Overall Project Management -QA/QC Manager\] in order to handling all duties belong quality with the client and complete all delivery/handing over process of the D&B project for the client.
My role in the project has been extended for quality management support and services for whole ANM JV which consist of Civil Work Group \[CWG\] and Electromechanical/Transit System Work Group \[EWG\], I have become the QA/QC representative of the ANM JV for the client
Reported to QA/QC Manager on the Haramain High Speed Railway Makkah Station Project (HHR), The project comprises station building and associated platforms for a number of high-speed rail lines. The Station itself has a basement with capping slab over which an elevated concourse is situated. This is covered by a steel roof structure. The platforms are of reinforced concrete and covered with a steel and tensile fabric roof canopy structure Commitment. The total budget is SR 3, 200, 000, 000, and total area is 250, 000 m2.

* Responsible for all services necessary to manage and support the installation, commissioning,
integration, and testing and acceptance of the network element components comprising a
mobile telecommunications network.
* Follow the CW supervisors through a tracking sheet to achieve the monthly target.
* Sites audit to assure the quality standard of the project.
* Daily and monthly progress report for line manager, Regional Project Manager and PC
manager.
* Manage day to day operational regional aspects of the construction works.
* Coordination between the warehouse and the subcontractor for the material required for
every site.
* Preparing the PO for the subcontractor and reviewing the BOQ.
* Management of the customer interface for all issues pertaining to roll-out.
* Planning and scheduling of site roll-out in compliance with project roll-out schedule.
* Risk Management.
* Equipment / materials ordering.
* Inventory management.
* Telecom Implementation coordination & management.
* Health & safety.
* Quality Assurance, Documentation management.
* Milestone reporting and update.
* Purchase order / change order management.
* Invoice reconciliation against purchase orders / change orders.

* Prepare the MR (Material request) for the site.
* Follow the subcontractor till finishing the site including the below activities:
* Tower, Shelter, generator and fence foundation.
* Shelter installation by its internal fitting (Flat back and flying shelter).
* Self-support tower, Stub tower, pole, Guyed must, Monopole, palm tree and cows Erection.
* Fence Installation.
* RF cables, Antennas, Power and grounding installation.
* Preparing the BOQ according to the actual material in the site and its price in the contract.
