Phase 1 :-
(May 21, 2011 - June 1, 2014) as a Civil engineer Estimator at the tenders and contracting department, my duties were:
• Study architectural and structural drawings and specifications to estimate the quantities for pricing tenders. By using Adobe AutoCAD or Manual.
• Attend Pretenders meeting to ask the consultant for unclear or missing information and discuss the tender to make a better vision of it.
• Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects
• Prepares engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules.
Phase 2 :-
(June 1, 2014 - Jan 1, 2015) as a site Civil engineer in the Public Authority of Minors Affairs Head quarter Building & Car Parking.
The Project consists of a 25-Storey Building with 2 basements & 5-storey Car park with 2 basements as well. My duties were:
• Estimate some expensive and critical quantities in the site such like Stones and Wood to make the payments for the subcontractors.
• Checking after the subcontractors to receive their works, compare it with the schedules and details and make notes to discuss it.
• Attending weekly site meeting with the owner and the subcontractor to discuss the progress of the work done.
• Communicate and liaise effectively with colleagues and architects, subcontractors, contracting civil engineers, consultants and co-workers.
• Drawing up Blueprints, using computer aided design (CAD) package.
Phase 3 :-
(Jan 1, 2015 - Jan 7, 2017) as a site civil engineer in the Salmiya Square Project. The Project consists of 4 multi-storey commercial buildings. My duties were:
• Leading the site labors and receiving construction materials and equipment, coordinate site activities according to detailed programs.
• Studying architectural and structural drawings and specifications to estimate the quantities for ordering materials.
• Checking after the subcontractors works, compare them with the schedules and details and make notes to discuss them before calling the consultant to receive the works.
• Adjust surveying instruments in order to maintain their accuracy and calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of terrain.
• Attending the concrete casting night, take samples and put them in the water to check the concrete strength and check it if match the requirement strength or not.
Phase 4:-
(Jan 7, 2017 to June 16, 2017) as a Project Manager in government project of Two high rise Investment buildings related to Public Authority of Minor Affairs (PAMA). My duties are:-
• Ensuring that the project is delivered on-time within scope and within budget by using my Leadership, Time Management, Math and Budgeting and Analytical Skills.
• Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site.
• Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.
• Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.
• Making sure that the site meets legal guidelines and safety requirements.
• Use computer-aided design (CAD) packages for redesigning Elements and making shop drawings.
Phase 5:-
(June 17, 2017 to date) as a Project Manager in government project of a high rise Investment building related to Public Authority of Minor Affairs (PAMA). My duties are:-
• Analyze the project scope, organize the work on the project and set forth the procedures to be employed in accomplishing the project.
• Develop and monitor the project design schedule to meet Client and firm time objectives.
• Notify the Client of changes in project scope, and prepare estimates for additional design fees.
• Keep the Client, Director of Operations and the firm Accounting Department informed on the status of the project.
• Attend project meetings, as necessary.
