My Duties and responsibilities include, but not only:

 Supervise, lead & develop fleet sales team to increase and improve sales volume & achieve consistently the set sales target on a monthly basis.
 Establish & pursue new business opportunities and open new & potential fleet account.
 Maintain, develop & follow-up current fleet customers to build a long-term relationships in order to get customer satisfaction.
 Handle major bulk fleet accounts including contracting & car rentals & leasing companies.
 Complete sales process, from prospecting, inquiry generation, quote submission, negotiation and deal closing, invoicing and documentation formalities, following up of timely deliveries and after sales follow up.
 Prepare a variety of reports, including daily activity, vehicles sales.
 Training & orienting new staff and other sales Administrative tasks.
 Involve and take up additional responsibilities including order, planning, project submission, market feedback and competitive information.
 Interaction with key internal departments, i.e. Marketing, Finance, Product Planning & after Sales.
