Lead the integration of innovative technologies such as smart car features, mobile apps, and automation to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency.
5. Marketing and Branding:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the car service brand.
Build and maintain a strong brand presence through advertising, social media, and other relevant channels.
6. Financial Management:
Work closely with the finance team to develop and manage the company's budget.
Monitor financial performance, identify areas for cost savings, and ensure financial sustainability.
7. Customer Experience:
Prioritize and enhance the overall customer experience by implementing customer-centric policies and practices.
Gather customer feedback and use it to improve services and address any issues promptly.
