Key Achievements:
 Developed short- and long-term strategy and business plan.
 Successfully introduced a new junior managers development program (Bullet Proof Managers) for 19
candidates.
 Successfully managed the execution of Yanbu Executive Management development plan.
 Established and launched (AMBASSADORS-Toastmasters club).
 Participated in finalizing 1HR service center across the globe.
 Participated in achieving safest 1st quarter-2015 by contributing towards SHE competency matrix and
support the 7-critical life procedure and other SHE activities.

 Participated in enhancing Cristal Recruitment Portal along with the global team “Taleo”.
 Rewarded as top 10 training managers through King Abdulaziz University toward supporting their social
Cooperative training program among 45 companies-“Cristal program was ranked one of the TOP ten”.
 Managed and owned (Cristal Brilliance Award Program); awarded as excellent implementation among the
global sites.
 Established two new e-learning Laps in Yanbu and Jeddah HQ.
 Achieved more than 51000Hrs of training hours in different categories including (SHE, Management,
Technical, Functional, IT and others) with great feedback.
