Lead the overall operation in all units, Generate Company revenues and profits by developing operation and people, Align with other departments strategic plans to achieve company objectives .
Duties Include:
• Drive restaurants sales to exceed company budget, Establish business plan by surveying restaurants demands, analyzing sales trend and set a corrective action . Strong LSM and B2B business .
• Meet restaurants financial objectives by developing entire team understanding of P&L, control expenses, optimization plan in place, analyzing variance and take smart actions .
• Align with annual marketing calendar, promotions, campaigns, coupons, programs; evaluating program results, identifying and tracking changing demands. Menu engineering analysis.
• Work with Supply chain and purchase department for a better deals, negotiating prices and contracts, developing preferred supplier lists, reviewing stock needs and set action plan for near expire item, evaluating inventory & consumption reports .
• Maintain guest satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, auditing food, beverage quality, and service offerings by regularly operation visit, building relationships with regular guest. Contact unsatisfied guest to win them back .
• Accomplish human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching and disciplining management staff, Select a training restaurant , communicating job expectations, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; Prepare succession plan for management team .
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by establishing, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures keep the units as per health and legal regulations; maintaining security systems.
• Accomplish company goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Provide leadership and roll model, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude and

• Lead the new restaurants opening from day one, review drawing from operation side , follow up construction, go thru opening check list : hiring, opening team, equipment’s and furniture’s installation . Testing and operating .
Lead all aspects of business, drive a high quality, motivate the team to provide best of service .
