• Daily follow-up and coordination of works with Consultant.
• Follow-up technical Correspondences with consultant for following up of submittal.
• Coordinate with technical Department for preparation of shop drawings for all disciplines.
• Managing and supervising of architectural &Interior finishing & electrical and Mechanical works.
• Managing of the Materials supply according to Project Time Schedule.
• Preparing of handing over according to applying specifications.
• Preparing and review of Payment Certificates.
• Preparing of Variations Orders .
• Commissioning work from Subcontractor, programming and Scheduling of hand over.
• Preparing the weekly / Monthly progress Report and submitting to the Consultant for their review and record.
• To co-ordinate with all Discipline Engineers regarding the work Progress as per the Project Schedule approved by the client.
