• Automotive periodical vehicle inspection stations, Saudi Arabia
The Objective is to manage and oversee the construction of 13 Periodical Technical
Inspection (PTI) stations across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). These PTI
stations are essential for ensuring vehicle safety and regulatory compliance through
systematic and regular technical inspections.
Scope of work is Project Planning and Strategy, Contractor Management, Coordination
and Communication, Compliance and Quality Assurance, Risk Management,
Documentation and Reporting, Budget and Financial Management, Project Closeout.
• WHSmith (6 units airside & landside) with total area of 400sqm, King
Abdulaziz airport, Jeddah-Saudi Arabia.
• WHSmith (8 units airside and landside) with total area of 800sqm, Midfield
airport, Abu Dhabi-UAE
• Root98 (2 units airside and landside) with total area of 900sqm, King
Abdulaziz airport, Jeddah-Saudi Arabia
WHSmith representatives in UAE & KSA, and Premium Plaza were taking a strategic
location in the airports for investments purpose. My responsibility was representing the
client and liaise with airport management and coordinate with all involved parties,
project management, submissions and permits coordination, on-site
project/construction supervision, Quality and safety management, project close-out,
support during defect liability period, assessments of the existing conditions before
execution works.

Haramain High Railway HHR, Arabia
I was assigned as a project manager to submit a complete inspection report including Root cause, Gap analysis, proposed remedial solutions with cost
estimate reports. this was for Assessment of the Roof and ceiling system of HHR station project, Applus+ were hired by SAR (Saudi Arabia Railways) to
conduct a visual inspection of the roof structure to verify compliance against design requirements and inspect the installation methodology.

A - Design Stage
• Using the Design Guideline from the client or involves meeting with clients to discuss all the requirements (Civil, Arch, MEP, IT, Furniture etc.),
In case of no availability of the design guideline. And have effective communication skills to understand what a client wants and successfully
design a room to meet his criteria.
• Ability to make design & construction proposals and contracts.
• Propose design staff to comply with agreement requirements and company procedures.
• Establish and maintain specific project procedures for Construction Supervision Management.
• Making an Estimated time frame as per the proposed activities.
• Lead meetings with the MEP design engineers and Quantity surveyors, Estimators, Site project managers.
• Submitting a presentative design proposal to the client with proposed material samples.
• Preparing a set of drawings including (LUX, Cooling Calculations etc.) to the assigned consultant and follow up as per the codes and the
comments.
• Coordinate with the furniture department and the follow-up with their proposals.
• Follow up with the finance dept. for the design invoices.
• Coordinate and review staff performance and ensure compliance with requirements and project management good practice.
• Review weekly and monthly reports as presented on demand.
• Attend Executive meetings, weekly progress meeting, Quality meetings, and Safety meetings and make sure that weekly technical meetings
are attended by all relevant parties.
B - Execution Stage Responsibilities:
• Make sure that the approved design by Client already explained to all staff with full compliance & agreement requirements and COMPANY
procedures.
• Carry out documents induction course to all staff to ensure their awareness of the project requirements.
• Make sure that all staff is aware of the project approved procedures, scope of work and drawings.
• Issue and/or comment Contractor proposed site organization.
• Keep Updated with project procedures.
• Establish documented procedures to Overview and comment on proposed Sub-contractor, Vendors, material, shop drawings and any other
transmittal by contractor.
• Ensure contractors compliance with its contractual obligations concerning Design changes, Tender Notices etc.
• Regular visit to Project site for monitoring of site activities in respect of Quality.

Started my professional career as a Project Manager, leading the execution of fit-out, renovation, retail, hospitality, healthcare, and corporate projects across Saudi Arabia. Responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through completion, including cost estimation, planning, procurement, site supervision, contractor coordination, quality control, and client management.

Worked closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and MEP engineers to ensure projects were delivered according to design specifications, budget requirements, quality standards, and project schedules. Successfully managed multiple fast-track projects in the food and beverage, healthcare, retail, and commercial sectors while developing strong expertise in construction management, technical coordination, and project execution.
