Job description Senior Quality engineer for laundry powders factory, responsible for Quality and Operations where:
• Creating QMS for procedures and inbound/process/Outbound inspection system
• Ensure quality measures are identified well for the process and product
• Study and apply best practices for other Unilever laundry powders sites
• Training program for operators and technical team
• Ensure all controls for process formulations are applicable and applied
• Risk assessment for the process and critical materials in formulation
• Prepare the commissioning plan for the process and packing area from prospective of materials required, QTY#, durations, timelines
• Prepare and update Operations Network for the project at commissioning phase
• Factory laboratories readiness in-terms of equipment, chemicals, procedures, and personnel structure
• Warehouses readiness in-terms of quality aspects and required conditions for the materials
• Periodical update reports for the Chair-members for the commissioning status and quality results
• Quality agreements between the source unit factory and the Market Customer

Job Description Market Quality Assurance engineer, responsible for:
• Following and analyze market quality issues
• Discuss, record and track the actions for the issues
• Monthly review with management for the factories quality performance in Market and performance trend
• Auditing Unilever factories against ISO 9001 requirements and Unilever standards.
• Prepare, communicate, revise and finalize quality contracts between the company and suppliers, customer markets at other countries, and manufacturing 3rd parties.
Job Description Supplier Quality Assurance engineer, responsible for:
• Insure suppliers’ quality for raw/packing materials according to Unilever standards
• Analyze quality performance for suppliers and 3rd parties
• Suppliers meeting for development plans
• Monthly review for Suppliers quality performance based on factories reported quality incidents

Job Description:
R&D engineer whom responsible for:
• Analyze stresses on the designed products using computer designing tool (Solid works)
• Visualize the designs in 3D space using Solid works and determine required details of the product (material, size, weight, center of gravity, applied stress, and manufacturing and assembly stages).
• Create semi-real environment for the designed objects on computer with lights, colors, and environment where it will be located.
