• Oversees day to day operations and responsibilities of the HR staff such as, recordkeeping, payroll processing and compliance, leave of absence.
• Accurately administrating the compensation includes monthly payroll and benefits (leaves management, business trips, school fee, loan) etc.,
• Collaborate with the Payroll team to audit and ensure accurate employee compensation.
• Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for employees and management for all employee relations and workplace matters.
• Participate in the termination and offboarding process, ensuring that it is done fairly and in compliance with laws.
• Stay informed and up to date about changes in employment laws and make necessary policy adjustments.
• Staff travel management (Leaves, Air tickets etc., ) approvals and contractual negotiations.
• Ensure workers' compensation program is managed in accordance with applicable OSHA and workers' compensation laws. Communicate and coordinate with a variety of internal and external sources to achieve timely return to work dates and prompt resolution of the claims.
• Staff medical insurance (addition, deletion, and renewals) approvals & subsidiary payment follow.
• Managing attendance and acting accordingly for 7000 + employees.
• Provides guidance to managers on HR and employment law best practices.
• Oversee and execute all the banking services relating to the Company’s workers.
• Prepare and carry out studies regarding if any and increasing or decreasing the number of employees according to the Company’s needs.
• Organizing employee events (Annual Iftar, Sport Day, Farewell) etc.,
• Providing general administrative support to the company.
• Preparing and administering the staff increments and bonus.
• Ensure that defined quality standards are met within area of responsibility.
• Preparing monthly report of the Human Resources Department for the Senior Management
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
