Manage Purchase requisitions from various departments for manufacturing and industrial requirements.
Send enquirers to short-listed vendors.
Handle petty cash purchase for urgent materials requests to secure production and keep factory running efficiently.
Ensure better prices through negotiations over phone.
Prepare the Price Comparison Table for the Purchasing Committee. Get necessary approvals from the committee members.
Prepare local purchase orders and send to accounts for authorized signatory.
Conduct follow-ups with the supplier to ensure that there will be no delay in delivery.
Arrange to obtain samples from suppliers for new materials ordering, release the sample to the Design Dept. for final approval from them.
Make all mortgages financing process (SERAJ & ASEEL) -Islamic finance
Evaluating customer's docs (case) for preliminary approval, then issue offer letter & sending it to credit dept for final approval to start of proceedings mortgage, Transfer of ownership of the property of the customer & issue L.L of these units from Dubai land dept as a bank policy.
Make planes for stuff to how deal with markets, and make good connections between my company and the costumers outside of UAE & make the contracts between us.
