• Develop and implement Talent Acquisition strategy.
• Evaluate the alignment of learning and talent management department’s strategy and
plans in shaping and implementing HR strategy.
• Assist in the development and implementation of the learning and talent management
department’s plan, policies procedures and process.
• Development of the yearly recruitment plan in line with the strategic and business plan
for HR and SGS.
• Direct the implementation of the recruitment practices (assessment centers,
advertising, search, and headhunting) to ensure good utilization of attracting or
identifying a suitable candidate and build SGS database.
• Work closely with the business leaders in understanding their staffing requirement and
make relevant recommendations.
• Lead vacancies management process by overseeing the selection process for candidate
by applying a specific job-based employment criterion of interviewing and evaluating.
• Develop effective network both internally and externally to support sourcing approach.
• Analyzing and researching the staffing requirements of each area of the business. whilst
developing a strong understanding of the talent utilization within each function.
•Develop the annual HR Strategic Plan and HR transformation agenda in line with corporate goals.
•Translate business strategy and objectives into KPIs, plans, tactics and actions that are aligned with corporate culture, values, ethics, and principles.
•Develop and drive effective HR strategies that ensure attraction, development and retention of talents.
•Act as strategic business partner to top management, advising on the people implications of strategies
•Assist business leaders in aligning human resources planning and business strategy.
•Support and advice line managers and HR professionals when dealing with resourcing issues, i.e. be considered as the subject matter expert in resourcing related matters.
•Perform services on demand from the business according to SLA.
•Local process driver for the resourcing processes and process documentation.
•Support line managers in specification of position.
•Support in choice of recruitment media and methodology (i.e. recruitment channels) and test tools.
