- Oversee and review the preparation of the company’s financial accounts to ensure that these are presented accurately and on time.
- Negotiate with banks the necessary funds and facilities.
- Reviewing the local and foreign Supplier’ payments.
- Follow up the Clients’ invoicing and collections.
- Review the company’s expenses and revenue on a monthly bases and advise the Managing Director accordingly.

for these to be met.

- Works closely with the Human Resources Department to interview and hire new employees and Increases management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining manager.
- Oversees operational and production departments to review related reports and resolve operational, production and facility problems to ensure minimum cost and prevent operational delays and to meet future growth.
- Reviews all departments & projects, KPIs, processes and performance reports, for data, analyzes and conclusions to be presented to the MD to help in long and short term objectives and plan assessments.
- Assists the MD, and finance department in preparing the budgets and allocating funds to all departments on annual and semi-annual basis.
- Helps the BD department in Looking for new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Negotiates contracts with clients within the SOWs of the projects.
- Assist and guide the QHSE department into completion and implementation of the company manual guide & new QHSE Procedures.
- Reviews, analyzes and reports all QHSE statistics and analysis to the MD for company and projects KPI assessment.
- Follow, apply and maintain all applicable ISO standards and requirements.
- Executes any other tasks requested by the MD to ensure the success of the business and organizational responsibilities with a view to improving profitability.
- Testing, evaluating internal control structure.
- Preparing financial analysis, budgets and cash flows.
- Execute quarterly reviews, interim and year-end financial statements.
- Preparing the draft of audit reports of companies
- Preparing and presenting of balance sheet and book keeping for the companies and financial reports including financial statements.
