- Review and develop legislation and requirements for the issuance, renewal, cancellation and amendment of licenses and permits, and work to develop and improve the procedures and flow paths of these operations to ensure their effective implementation and with the least effort.
- Participate in setting objectives, initiatives and operational plans related to the Department of Licenses and Permits, follow up on these plans, ensure their effectiveness, and ensure the existence of accurate frameworks and standards to know the level of achievement of these plans and objectives.
- Review complaints submitted about licensing and permit services and procedures, analyze and study them, take appropriate decisions about them, and propose measures to overcome them and avoid their occurrence in the future.
- Follow up and review the services and procedures related to licenses and permits, work to verify the validity of their data and collect their fees, and ensure that all required approvals are in place based on the table of powers approved by the entity.
- Supervising the preparation and preparation of summaries and general reports related to licenses, evaluating their effectiveness, presenting them to specialized senior management, informing them of various challenges and developments, and consulting them in a different manner.
Planning and Management:-Develop a comprehensive sales strategy for the region that is in line with the company's objectives. Develop detailed monthly, quarterly and annual work plans that define the objectives, tasks and resources necessary to implement them. Manage the sales budget for the region effectively and make the most of available resources. Supervise the implementation of action plans and ensure that they achieve the desired objectives. Periodically monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team using key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide periodic reports to senior management on the team's performance and achievements. Sales: Lead the mobile and data SIM sales team to achieve set sales targets. Motivate and encourage the sales team to achieve the best results. Develop and implement incentive programs for the sales team. Monitor each team member's performance and provide guidance and training to improve it. Solve sales-related issues effectively and quickly. Ensure compliance with all regulations, laws and policies related to sales. Relationships: Communicate effectively with existing and potential customers to identify their needs and provide them with the best communication solutions. Build strong relationships with existing customers and maintain their satisfaction.
