▪ Leading the group’s PMO & Business Development Department supporting different investment initiatives during a highly competitive and challenging organizational change stage.
▪ Directing a portfolio of 5 different programs and 67 hybrid projects via internal and external resources.
▪ Leading the Expansion Program of multiple related projects worth over 1.5 Billion Riyals including the
development of Medical care via acquisitions and physical expansion, as well as introducing a new
Educational sector by establishing a state of the art energy efficient, LEED Gold Medical College.
▪ The projects included working in a projectized environment with existing resources, in addition to hiring
SMEs, and establishing a program consortium from all over the world consisting of over 60 Professionals.
▪ Directing over a Billion Saudi Riyals worth of projects (IKEA new stores in Dammam and Bahrain) establishing and leading the project consortium on behalf of the Franchisee and the Franchisor.
▪ Coordinating with the franchisor in Holland and Sweden (InterIKEA Systems B.V and A.B) to deliver projects according to the strict time frames, brand standards, and business model after creating a complete project team of over 40 professionals from different countries.
▪ leading the in house Design team/unit responsible for the bank’s construction projects, including
renovations, relocations & the construction of over 150 new buildings and banking facilities.
▪ Participating in the 3 Billion expansion program by managing key projects such as image
development, prototypes, drive-up cash tellers, and retail branches standardization/ value engineering.
▪ Contributing to the design of most of the projects assigned in addition to drafting contracts.
Minimum of A in all specialty subjects & general grade of Very Good.
