Main duties:
• o Develop bank’s financial plans and strategy, and implement the strategy to improve performance.
o Develop the bank’s financial control systems.
o Setting Bank’s liquidity and investment policies to be in line with Group policies and strategy.
o Knowledge of most of the bank products (global Market, global wealth, commercial, retail, insurance & reinsurance).

o Initial startup NBAD Branch - Jordan: Management Information Systems, Financial Control department functions, Treasury back office activities, Chart of Accounts, General Ledger, budgeting; and establishing reporting channels with HO.
o Reporting (Head Office, Central Bank and regulatory). Working closely with business to develop FTP, LOB reporting.

o Responsible of business performance Risk, liquidity risk, balance sheet risk, financial risk, interest rate risk, and mismatch risk. Set the limit according to bank policy and regulator.
o Enterprise risk management, foundation, responsibilities, implementation, process and build and enhancing capacity, assessment and evaluating organization risk, set limits and control, ERM strategy, and improve the business performance by knowing the ERM for the company.
o Responsible of preparation and presentation of financial and management reports, sent to management, BOD, and regulatory parties.
o Working directly with Bank’s CEO and Business Unit Heads to identify all possible opportunities to growth, and be responsible of financial analysis and due diligence to enable the Bank to reach strategic goals.
o Headed a team of 45 employees located between Jordan and Iraq.
o Member of Bank’s Committees Credit Committee, Management Committee, and And Audit committee
o Working closely with MENA Central Banks regarding financial reporting, IFRS, ISA, Liquidity, statutory reports, and Systems automation.
o Working experience in tax field for many countries in the region.
o Exposed to local, regional and international banking experience (Standard Chartered Bank and HSBC).
o Contributed in the development of both wholesale and retail products by providing metrics for financial reporting.
o Fund transfer Price: ( pricing, Liquidity and balance sheet management)
