- Manage all warehouse operations activities including orders management and dispatching
- Manage all indirect procurement including farm projects and general items
- Control all fleet management activities and deliveries with proper KPI’s governance
- Responsible for all support services for operations such as quality, HSSE and facility management
• Design operational strategies based on commercial requirements, collate/ evaluate data pertaining to procurement for implementing various cost saving initiatives
• Coordinate activities related to supply-demand planning cycle for KSA Castrol business
• Maintain supply chain solutions and master data (BOM, routings, item master). Manage central material warehouse for raw and packaging components to support factories operations
• Ensure compliance to quality parameters pertaining to warehouses, logistics and supply chain related issues across the kingdom
• Enhance operational efficiency by streamlining supply chain processes (physical, financial and information) and optimizing resource utilization
• Involved in end to end management of supply chain-related projects in compliance to project SLA parameters
• Groom/ mentor the supply chain team in enhancing customer service quality, optimizing supply chain costs and working capital
• Managed after-sales installations encompassing Air-Conditioning, Kitchens, Elevators, Doors & Windows, Furniture, Building & Finishing Material) across Kuwait through the largest retail merchandise company
• Developed after-sales processes with features like deployment, implementation, optimization, score card tracking and service excellence
• Involved in end to end management of 40, 000+ m2 of finished product storage area in compliance to quality and safety parameters
• Coordinated activities related to reengineering of logistics processes (FP Storage, Counting, Loading, Customization, Strechwrapping and Distribution via redesign, optimization, standardization)
