As a member of the engineering team at AJA Pharma, my responsibilities are equipment qualifications, designing, installing, testing, and automating the pharmaceutical production process. Recently, I am working extensively on a joint project between AJA Pharma and GSK. This project aims to localize the GSK products' entire manufacturing process in Saudi Arabia to reduce imported products to their minimum and meet the SFDA standards and regulation. This project contains a complete manufacturing line from the raw material process to the final packaging stage. My role in the project as part of the engineering team:
• Developing URS documents for pharm machine suppliers to submit RFQ.
• Gathering quotes from various suppliers and performing technical & commercial analysis to select and award a contract according to the URS and SFDA regulation and standards.
• Managing weekly meetings with both AJA team and suppliers regarding machines "Sifter, Dosing, Tablet compression, De-reactor machines" negotiation.
• Participating in project scheduling and timeline.
• Managing stakeholder's needs and expectations.
• Overview bids & contract terms and conditions.
• Monitoring the Preventive Maintenance planner for its proper execution.
• Maintaining spares & inventory of utility, machines & equipment.
• Equipment qualifications (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, SAT) and reviewing URS “user requirement
specification”.

Member of the UPS engineering team, in charge of UPS plants modernization and expansion throughout the United States of America. The Louisville Centennial Hub expansion was the primary project assignment. General responsibility at UPS as part of the project team:
• Overseeing, testing, commissioning, reviewing designs & layout of all the installation of Martial handling systems "conveyor."
• Representing the UPS in meetings with the vendors to discuss log sheets and fixing any issue before handling the platform to the district or the facility team.
• Reviewing bids and contracts, performing technical analysis, and awarding the qualified vendor.
• Supervise and provide training to other facility staff on how the newly automated martial handling systems work.
• Maintaining all project data. e.g. contracts, change requests, manuals, and certificates of insurance for vendors etc.
• Assigned to lead the project budget reduction. Achieved the goal of the task by making a significant saving for the UPS expansion project. Instead of buying 24 new conveyor lines, we were able to rehabilitate 24 old conveyor lines in the old UPS hub. The renovating process of the old conveyor lines includes:
✓ Design remodification.
✓ Installing a new control system.
✓ Performing stress testing of the conveyor system.
