Managing Daily process of HR operations within the project such as: hiring process, Onboarding, medical insurance, attendance and leave management, Payroll and benefits, corrective actions, and resignations. Invoicing the monthly spending on the project, including our profit margin and (ZAKT) VAT as in the scope of work, signed and stamped and delivered to the project. Finally, Collection recognition.
Responsible for (HMG) biggest project payroll (AL-Rayyan hospital) with more than 2000 staff. Evaluating each pay element for the staff on daily basis such as New hires, leaves, business trips, ticket encashment, overtime, PAF’s, amendments, Payment processing, End of service .. and much more.
