Receiving all purchasing request issued from departments.
Finding suppliers, contacting, negotiate, dealing, and following with them to get the best prices.
Coordinate with the departments for suitable specifications for each item.
Sending the purchasing request to be approved by the management with all required documents (not less than three quotations , old prices for reorder request, tender with comparison table, E-mails, license for importing if require) .
Creating Purchasing Order and sending to the suppliers after approved by management.
Following with the suppliers to supply and closing P.O.
Maintain all related documents to the purchasing request (purchase order, invoices, documents of receipt for invoices.), and prepare it to hand over to the finance department for payment process, ( cash or by check ) according to the deal with the supplier.
Meet all emergency purchase orders at all times.
The emergency purchase orders have a monetary cash charge in my possession, and I have to match it with emergency purchase orders, and bills.
follow up with the Departments all stocks and consumption, and determine the appropriate time to conduct a re-order for each item depending on consumption and scarcity of the class and the time of supply and the calculation of any other influential factors, to make sure all items are available .
Reporting and monitoring to the management matters related to problems of supply and quality of some items, evaluation of suppliers, justify the availability of some varieties and try to find solutions to supply rare items.
Finding solutions for near expired items with suppliers, three months before the expiry date.
Participation as a member of annual inventory committees, inventory of fixed assets and inventory verification committees
