WORK RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure food safety and high quality in the processing of baked products like cakes & bread toasts from their raw materials to finished goods.
• Implement and maintain Food Safety Management System standards like HACCP & ISO 22000 to achieve the production and distribution of safe and high quality food.
• Training and regulation of food handling personnel to develop Pre-requisite Programs, GMP & GHP.
• Participate in R&D works focusing on food safety and New Product Development.
• CCP validation & verification to be in compliance with the HACCP plan.
• Apply and improve storage policies and stock rotation to avoid all the possible chances of food contamination and spoilage.
• Develop and follow better documentation procedure to meet food safety standards and legislative needs.
