Responsible for performing tasks that will maximize business opportunities in new and existing markets. Also execution of showroom activities, in addition to maintaining high customer satisfaction. • Comply with and implement company policies and procedures, and ensure showroom staff compliance. • Follow and implement the retail and sales strategy applied in collaboration with Area Managers. • Monitor the performance of showroom based on the achievement of the defined targets, and take corrective actions when necessary. • Ensure the readiness of the showroom by checking its maintenance, housekeeping, products display and the availability of sufficient Sales Reps. • Manage and maintain the required stock level of products, by checking regularly the stock level and quantities needed to be supplied, and limiting waste and returned products. • Ensure the readiness of products to be displayed by checking quality, freshness, shelf life, etc., and applying FIFO (first in first out). • Ensure availability and validity of showroom license and work permits in order to make sure that the showroom is complying with legal requirements and maintain its stability and reputation. • Coordinate with Area Commercial Manager to make cash deposits at the bank on daily basis for the showroom. • Monitor slow moving products in the showroom and report to Area Commercial Manager to take required actions and arrangements.
• Recruited, hired and trained new inside sales representatives. • Helping the sales representatives in implementing and developing long term and daily territory plans • Make sure that all the inside sales representative achieve the knowledge of product as required. • Identified the coaching and training needs and take necessary steps to accomplish desired results. • Preparing all required reports related to sales, marketing feedback • Analyzed and interpreted team sales data to enhance and forecast sales representative productivity. • Supervised and trained interns and temporary staff. • Maintained expert knowledge of all content and products delivery systems. • Managed assigned team travel expense budget. • Responsible for performing extra tasks as assigned by team management.
