GCFLOW Logic:
- GCFLOW is a comprehensive and integrated software system designed to simplify and automate various organizational functions within the organization. This system is a powerful tool that enhances efficiency, productivity, and accuracy by simplifying and optimizing a range of tasks, including HR, procurement, administrative, and other related operations.
- Used technologies (C#, ASP.NET MVC 5 & Razor Page, REST API, SQL Server For Database, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, CSS & Bootstrap).
• Security Account Management (SAM), IT Department, IYD Association, Gaziantep- Turkey
SAM Logic:
o The SAM is working as a Configuration management Database (CMDB), SAM stores information about the organization's configuration items (CIs), it is a database that stores information on all the hardware and also software components in your IT systems.
o Used technologies (C#, Windows forms, SQL Server For Database).
• Grant Management System (GMS), Grant Department, IYD Association, Gaziantep- Turkey.
GMS Logic:
o GMS is a grant management system.
o The GMS is a documentation system for the project starting from the proposal ends with the project’s closing, including the budget and the project team.
o Used technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core MVC & Razor Page, SQL Server For Database, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, CSS & Bootstrap).
• Commodity Tracking System (CTS), Logistic Department, IYD Association, Gaziantep-Turkey
CTS Logic:
o The system creates a code for each commodity and another for the individual beneficiary.
o Tracking the movement of the commodities from source to destination till the individual beneficiary receives its item.
o Issue reports for warehouse status, waybills, distribution operations, covered locations, and related tasks.
o Distribute the responsibilities between the users of all related departments (Logistic, Program, Meal).
o Generate documents for each process and save them in the system database.
o Used technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core MVC & Razor Page, SQL Server For Database, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, CSS & Bootstrap).
• Document Tracking System (DTS), Logistic Department, IYD Association, Gaziantep- Turkey.
DTS Logic:
o This system's essential task is to trace the documents normally sent from Syria offices to Turkey offices and see the current status and location.
o The system creates a code for each document we send to Turkey.
o Issue reports for the status of waybills, distribution operations, and related tasks.
o Distribute the responsibilities between the users of all departments (Logistic, Program, MEAL…).
o Generate documents for each process and save them in the system database.
o Used technologies (C#, ASP.NET MVC 5 & Razor Page, SQL Server For Database, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, CSS & Bootstrap).
