Achievements:

Standardized the field observation reporting procedures and templates
Designed, tested, and implemented a lean business process for after-sales activity
Trained, developed, and mentored Field Services Engineers and Supervisors in their assigned tasks and promoted a self-learning culture
Managed and led extensive after-sales services whether related to client requests or performing regular field visits to ensure the supplied product is handled and installed as per procedure to achieve the integrity of the system installed
Created projects field map for ease and effective response and time utilization
Managed and led extensive support services during emergency and scheduled shutdown activities starting from investigation and root cause analysis through to implementation of corrective and correction actions with a targeted objective in eliminating errors
Managed the completion of 70 client training requests and certified more than 350 client personnel
Led supervision activities at the client site from resource allocation until project completion
Developed the training and qualification program for client's Fitters, Supervisors, and QC Inspectors, in collaboration with Field Services Central Control Team
