# Projects engagments :
•Business continuity management (BCM) (2014-2015): My role as a BCM officer to ensure that SABIC South Africa can respond to and recover its Operations and business during the crisis, minimize the impact of a disruption to SABIC South Africa services, Structure the response procedures across SABIC South Africa During a disruption, ensure the continuity of services to customers in compliance With local laws and regulations.
• MEOH Value team leader (2011-2013) :
I have been the leader of Methanol value team for two years. The scope of work was create & develop initiatives to optimize operational processes and prioritize value improvement initiatives depending on the nature of the idea and most valuable to the business, develop business cases and recommend implementation of most feasible value added initiatives, monitor and report progress of value added initiatives to the top management. Value team consist of Methanol business (as a leader), affiliates (AR RAZI - IBN SINA), Manufacturing, T&I, TM, SCM and E&BS.
• Member of evaluation team of CO project at ARRAZI(2012): I was member of multi-functional team from chemicals SBU, PCSBU, AR RAZI & Mitsubishi (our partner at RAAZI) to evaluate technically and commercially the possible Options to secure CO and H2 from RAAZI that required for two new incoming projects: MMA (Methyl Methacrylate) and PU (Polyurethane). We held many meetings for 4 weeks, all possible options has been discussed and evaluated, also different scenarios has been built based on the given information, Eventually we came up with a final proposal supported with numbers.
• Working capital project (2012-2013):I was the focal person from Methanol team responsible to meet and discuss with working Capital team in term of receivable (payments terms) and inventory related to our Business in all regions.it was one year ongoing discussions and meetings till finalized & agreed on guidelines approved by Chemicals EVP.
• REACH project(2008-2009): I was focal person from methanol team to support REACH team with all information and documents required to register our product and be able to sell in Europe.
• Team Member of building methanol strategy up to 2025(2011-2012).
• Leading SAMAC tolling agreement discussion(2011- 2012): I was responsible to prepare and discuss tolling agreement between ARRAZI and SAMAC to Supply SAMAC with Methanol for MMA/PMMA plant at Ibn Sina. It was long discussion commercially and operationally including all parties PCSBU and its Partner in the project MRC and on the other side CHSBU &ARRAZI.
• MI (Methanol institute) Marine Fuels Committee (MFC) Member(2016)
•Team member of new Methanol investment and
projects.

Senior Sales manager - Chemicals & Performance Chemicals in South Africa. في SABIC - South Africa office

o Quarterly based on market prospects & guide sales forces in regions accordingly.
o Team member of MEOH derivatives projects, sustainability projects.
