 Supervising the coordination of all branch relations with other departments and divisions (supply and supply,
auditing, finance, logistics operations, etc.).
 Follow up on all complaints from customers or any other parties towards the employees in the sales department
at the showroom.
 Follow up on the employees’ attendance in the department on a daily basis, and be responsible for their
commitment to work instructions, proper appearance, and adherence to public safety instructions.
 Monitoring and evaluating the activity of its sales team, following up on sales quotas and preparing the
necessary reports for that.
 Identifying weaknesses, if any, and working to evaluate and correct them in order to achieve the monthly sales
target.
 Full knowledge of all types of goods that the company works with, their classification, numbers and pieces of
each item.
 Full auditing of delivery programs and following up with relevant parties until they are delivered to customers.
 Following up on all customer comments and working to solve them and complete them as quickly as possible in
accordance with the company's policies.
 Meeting all necessary needs between branch and warehouse employees and goods reservations and working to
avoid any problems or errors in this regard.
 Supervising the coordination and arrangement of goods in the exhibition and utilizing all necessary spaces for
that continuously, while choosing appropriate colours in the coordination.

I worked in partnership with Action Against Hunger as part of the support team in the data collection and beneficiary
identification process.
My tasks included filling out registration forms and vulnerability assessments, as well as providing a comprehensive
explanation of the project, which led to the acceptance of beneficiaries
and explaining and promoting the project, the organization, the activities and services it provides to improve access
to sanitation for Syrian refugees and Jordanians in the most deprived neighborhoods in the Greater Ramtha
Municipality, sahel Houran and through mWater.

- Meeting and greeting customers who enter the sales lot or dealership in a welcoming and helpful way.
- Answering general and detailed questions about particular vehicles and the financial aspects of buying them.
- Helping customers become familiar with the cars they are interested in by offering test drives and explaining
technical details and specific legal or financial requirements.
- Helping customers sort out and process their financing and purchase options based on their specific situation.
- Persuading customers to buy a vehicle in a way that leaves them feeling good about their choice.
- Making sure the cars on display are in good order and well cared for.

- Marketing the company's products and selling them to customers.
- Responding to customer inquiries both inside the exhibition and additional support.
- Receiving orders and continuous inventory of materials and financial reconciliation.

- Preparing financial and marketing reports to increase sales and coordinating with the sales department .
 Supervising the entire exhibition facilities and ensuring their efficient operation.
 Follow up on the issuance of invoices bonds and disbursement requests and ensure the accuracy of all outputs.

- Ensuring that prior authorization is obtained before any payment.
- Recording financial transactions into QuickBooks and preparing monthly field reports.
- Ensuring on-time, accurate data entry, completing the journal entries for non-routine expenses as necessary.

- Assisting with the preparation of program materials by collecting information and printing materials.
