Established and managed the IT Department by implementing a sustainable
technological infrastructure, first of its kind within the Ministry of Interior
 Evaluated necessary technologies and selected suitable systems and equipment
 Collaborated with technical companies ensuring greatest solutions for the hospital
 Developed and implemented strategic plans in-line with overall organizational goals
 Supervised approximately 23 employees and led successful projects including:


 Selection of servers and networks to create the hospital’s data center
 installation of “TakeCare” an Australian medical system, across departments
 installation of “Oracle” for the utilization of all administrative departments
 Development of intranet and extranet through SharePoint
 Application of quality standards adhering to the Saudi Central Board for
Accreditation of Healthcare Institution across systems
 Application of Joint Commission International standards across systems
 Application of Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society
standards, achieving sixth place for excellence in application
 Development of mobile-friendly interfaces to access all hospital systems
 Integration of local system with the Security Forces Hospital in Makkah
 Linking administrative systems to the Ministry of Interior’s medical services
 Implementation of (ISO/IEC 27001) international security mgmt. standards
 Implementation of (ISO/IEC 20000) international IT management standards
 Linking admin systems with medical systems & the creation of a dashboard
 Represented the organization through several committees within the ministry
including systems development, data centers, and systems integration

 Developed and implemented the bank’s IT strategic plan during its initiation phase through
collaborative efforts as one of the first ten IT members
 Implemented a sustainable IT infrastructure utilizing top systems and technologies with an
estimated budget worth SR 300 MM & in collaboration with cross-functions
 Successfully established the Security & Information Protection department
 Managed 16 employees and collaboratively completed several projects including:


 Creation of a data center utilizing top notch servers and networks
 Implementation of (PCI DSS) international security standards
 Implementation of (ISO/IEC 27001) international security mgmt. standards
 Implementation of (ISO/IEC 20000) international IT management standards
 Implementation of (T24) as the bank’s main system supporting the Islamic banking,
the treasury system, and the corporate risk management system
 Developed and maintained the bank’s website
 Developed the bank’s electronic banking system for individuals/businesses
 Integration of all bank systems with the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority
 Implementation of the HP Service Management system in support of operations
and data center
