- Implement an effective manpower plan and coordinate effectively with all regions to map out an annual manpower plan for locals and others.
- Manage the recruitment of employees in the division by involving in the regional sourcing, short listing, and interviewing of applicants
- Manage day to day activities of the local and external recruitment by ensuring that all recruitment information is gathered, interpreted, and processed so that all vacancies are attended to
- Develop and maintain a divisional applicant’s database coordinating, recruitment, selection and identification process
- Prepare layout of job profile for advertisement and co-ordinate with corporate recruitment division for their public release.
- Achieve the localization target of the division through adequate recruitment plan
-Analyze headcount reports, highlighting anticipating vacant needs.

-Ensure all new employees start-up & legal documents are obtained e.g. contracts, Iqamas etc. via regular follow-up with relevant departments
- Plan, Organize, Manage and support all Personnel functional activities of Corporate Division in accordance with Group Personnel Policies and Procedures And provide all necessary HR support services to all HR personnel and Line Mangers of other divisions
- Provide HR Expertise advice and assistance in all HR Functional areas: Recruitment, P&C, Payroll and HRD
- Manage effectively the personnel unit of Personnel & Compensation department in the core process (New Employee Start ups Function, Contracts Unit, Benefits Management and Administration, GM HR Support, Corporate Division HR services, PR and New Employee Payroll start-ups) and to ensure personnel processes and activities across functions, and divisions are fair, consistent and conform to Personnel Polices and practices and to maintain internal equity
- Ensure that employees are provided with medical services as per Company Policy
- Ensure Timely Pay to all employees by providing all necessary Payroll and Personnel & Compensation documentations on time and accurately.
- Manage governmental documentations process for all employees within the division
- Ensure that Iqamas, Passports and Work Permits are renewed and provided on time
- Manage the process of contracts to meet the agreed Service Level Agreement
- Mange the flow of processing TRAs and related required documentations efficiently
- Control the outstanding documents finalization with concerned line Manageres and departments
- Ensure that terminations are subject to Labour Law and to provide all required terminations documents.
- Ensure that all divisional HR management reports are updated and provided to Div. HR Mgr on a weekly basis
- Processing all personnel activities for new business
- Assist the Div. HR Mgr in strategic initiatives, staffing, HR Projects and Personnel Process Development activities.
- Responsible for personnel activities of the highest percentage (52%) of M-grade employees across the company
