To manage Account Receivables and align it with revenues in order to achieve a solid TB
The primary responsibility involves intense monitoring of accounts payable and receivable. Revenue accountants are in charge of the daily reconciliation between bank and company accounts as well as handling daily receipts, monthly revenue intake sheets, spreadsheet files and inter-corpreate reports and communications with customers. Also I'm required to ensure that all monthly transactions are accurately recorded.
Leading a team of minumum 5 personal that have to achive target
Coordinate to identify, prioritize, and manage projects and technology tasks.
Manage the implementation of system enhancements and new systems through the projects, appropriate documentation and processes to ensure compliance.
Consult with business and IT partners to strategize, plan and implement needed projects within designated time and budget constraints.
• Recognize and document business process gaps and propose improvements.
• Customer Service Executive for the privte banking (portafolio of 10 custmers)
