- Vendor management coordination
- Write and prepare the SOP ( Stander operating procedures ) for the section of user support
- Reorganized and rebuild the asset data base and track sheet for the consumable items and the warehouse items
- Configured the Stylink enterprise console server in coordination with Ergotron Co. for the ergotron carts “ moveable PC”; and prepared the STND Image for carts along with the Clint configuration 102 PC; right now I'm monitoring and provide the report for these devices
- Responsible of new equipment, Non stander Software, Site Survey and all other customer demand request.

* Managing new equipment request and deployment, vendor management related to warranty claims.

* successfully lead a lot of projects related to IT and business requirements and customer demand such as a new service provided "roll out". ( SAP, AVAYA IPT, NEW HW and Windows 7 migration).
-Handling all related IT services for a Medical Center.

-Responsible of teaching all the Medical Center Staff on how to use a new application provided by MOH.

- The Associate degree of College of Technology from the department of Computer Technology in the field of Technical Support With a G.P.A of 3.53 grade Good. Dated 16/06/2004. - i have taken and attended courses as the following. * 3 courses in ITIL 2011/2012 ( Jeddah / Dubai / Chennai ). * 6 month course with SBM co. in Operating systems Administration and security. * I have taken 7 English course in the British Council Malaysia
