- Vendor management coordination
- Write and prepare the SOP ( Stander operating procedures ) for the section of user support
- Reorganized and rebuild the asset data base and track sheet for the consumable items and the warehouse items
- Configured the Stylink enterprise console server in coordination with Ergotron Co. for the ergotron carts “ moveable PC”; and prepared the STND Image for carts along with the Clint configuration 102 PC; right now I'm monitoring and provide the report for these devices
- Responsible of new equipment, Non stander Software, Site Survey and all other customer demand request.
- Responsible of the communication with the all team members via mail due to any activity or project.
