1. Responsible to manage an efficient and effective procurement operations for the purchasing of material, supplies, equipment and services based upon on the reviewed requirements and specifications under the establishment of purchasing policies and procedures.
2. Provide the full support for all the departments managers and teams and assist in their purchasing needs.
3. Take the ownership of negotiating with suppliers and vendors to acquire the most cost-effective arrangements to reduce procurement expenses.
4. Keep project on track by purchasing material and services insuring delivery on-time in coordination with suppliers, services providers and our warehouse.
5. Manage communication with the team, develop and maintain good relationship with suppliers and service providers, and maintain timely and accurate reporting to management.
