Job Responsibilities (As a Pricing Executive):
• Manage to get best rate from portal from major Mainline via online spot rate or Direct sales person (Hapag, CMA CGM, Maersk & MSC).
• Getting Competitive Rates from Shipping Line, NVOCC & Overseas Agents as per customer requirements.
• Sending Vessel Schedule to customer with cut-off details and get the same confirmed with shipper as per cargo readiness.
• Ensuring timely response to clients for all quotation requests and maintaining records of every customer quotation and shipments.
• Procure cost effective rates from shipping line, local liners and consolidators and used to add company profit share and quote to customer.
• Negotiate rates with Shipping line and airlines agent.
• Follow-up with customer for new quotation / bookings/ Orders/Inquiries. Arrange bookings, routing orders with shipping line and Airline's agent.
• Keep track of Estimated departure of Vessel if any delays and update
• Ensure timely delivery of the container as per customer requirement & collections and risk-free receivables from potential clients.
• Report monthly and weekly performance on revenue, profit, and collections.
• Enforce discipline and maintain a productive work environment.
• Develop contacts with prospective exporters and importers to generate new business.
• Negotiate rates with shipping lines, Airline, transporters, and overseas agents.
• Assist and handle customer queries.

Job Responsibilities (As a Sales Executive):
• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
