Dealing with guest's complain and solve it up to the standard, training the staff, breifing on daily bases, organizing staff to improve good service, emailing the management for any request or order, sales input and daily manager reports, able to deal with any situation, Negotiation and persuasion, build strong relations with guests, communicate to solve any problem with the guests, staff, leaders and management, able to work under pressure, P/L, Navision, Inventory and omega systems, upselling and suggestive selling, find solutions to avoid the cost.Developing the team.Reaching the target and going forward presents many challenges but nothing can stop the teamwork to achieve this goal
