  Emerging as the key executive for information assets, operations, and policies.
 Responsible for designing and recommending the appropriate technology solutions to support the policies and directives.

 Technology procurements like Computer systems, Surveillance cameras, Anti shop lifting systems, servers, routers, Internet services, telephone systems, hand held terminals, traffic count systems, Email services, Software, Firewalls, UTMs, backup solutions.
 Managing the group ERP (Oracle ERP) which includes ORPOS, RWMS, RMS, SIM, GL and AP.
 Monitoring and controlling the stock operations which include the following:
 Merchandise purchase orders receiving and dispatch from warehouse to stores.
 Preparing for stock transfer between stores and from stores to warehouse.
 Monitoring the merchandise receiving process in stores.
 Check with stores, merchandise and logistic teams for discrepancies in stock between purchase order and what physically received in stores.
 Updating, auditing and approving stock counts in the system.
 Fixing sales errors and maintaining accurate sales records.
 Validating and monitoring the inventory transactions in the system.
