o Choose, request for quotations (RFQ), and raise purchase requisitions (PR).

o Submit material inspections form (MIR) & request for inspections (RFI).
o Pre-testing and commissioning for each plant equipment. Fina T & C for the STP.

o Site Engineering for Desalination Plant: installation of equipment, pipe supports, pipes, valves, filters, Pumps & air compressors.
o Engineering meetings, MOM writer for site issues.
o Issue Log Sheet
o Weekly site progress report preparation.
o Negotiation with the consultant & client representatives.
